Delivery in India

In India, we ship the products via courier service (Shiprocket), India Speed Post. Depending on the destination, it takes 5-7 working days to deliver by Shiprocket.

Delivery Timeline – Min 2 days to max 7 days but depends on the covid restrictions and rainy season.

In case of emergency or urgent delivery we ship through DTDC fast service DTDC-PTP and it takes 24 working hours to deliver the product. For that, a customer needs to select Express Shipping. Please note that this is available only for a few pin-codes.

In some places where DTDC services are not applicable then we ship the products via Indian post and it takes around 7 to 15 days to deliver the product.

For Indian Customers/ Patients

Delivery by India post will take 7 to 15 working days from the date of dispatch. However, in some cases it may get delayed as regulations of different state or clearing agencies may take time to clear the shipment. But generally, it does not happen because along with the products, we send all the required documents with completed formalities as required by Speed Post Service, which includes prescription (if required) by our doctor.
